Relic of Saint Theodoricus (Dietrich) of Minden, the third Bishop of Minden, founded the monastery in Wunstorf. He died near Ebstorf (at Luneburg, Lower Saxony) in a battle of Christian Saxons against invading pagan Normans. His feast day is the 2nd of February.
